Non-custom or cutomized items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging, unused and unwashed. Buyer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs. Please email us your name, order number, and reason for return. Please note, we are a very small business and not responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit unless otherwise specified.

Damaged and missing items must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery. Please provide your order number and photos including; interior AND exterior packaging, shipping label, invoice and package contents.

IMPERFECT SALE

If you purchase an Imperfect Sale product, the order is not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Holiday Returns

We understand that our customers shop early for holiday gifts and we want to be as flexible as we can to accommodate your needs. Items purchased between November 1st and December 24th will be valid for exchanges or store credit through January 8th.

 

 

 

Standard shipping generally takes 1 business day to fulfill and 5-8 days to deliver to the continental US. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and is not included in free shipping. Expedited shipping generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

Order processing time

We ship your order 3-5 business days (not including weekends) from when you place your order. We make your order from scratch! Please keep this in mind when shopping with us.

Coupon codes and gift cards

Only one coupon code or rewards voucher allowed per order.
Marley's Monsters Digital Gift Cards cannot be purchased using a coupon code or rewards voucher. Gift cards CAN be combined with a coupon code or a rewards voucher. 

International Orders

Shipping costs do not include any import & customs duties, taxes, or VAT that may apply, and are determined by your country's policies. We are not responsible for fees incurred or delays due to customs. 

Ex. If your order is going to Canada (we are a US based company), you will likely have to pay Canadian duty on the value of the goods depending on the province you are importing goods into. Please contact your local customs/import office prior to placing your order.

Cancellations

An order may be cancelled within 24 hours, as long as it has not been shipped.

Address changes are handled on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
