Every piece at Nicollet's Place is handmade to order in Altadena, California — so processing time varies depending on the item and what's already in progress. I'll always do my best to get your piece stitched and shipped as quickly as I can without rushing the craftsmanship.

Currently, I ship within the United States only.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

Because each item is handmade to order, all sales are final. I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and I'll make it right.
